He has traveled the world and paid witness to the incredible diversity of our global LGBTQ community and believes the time has come for us to reconnect with our roots and work toward a more perfect future—together. Daniel Pando is the founder and CEO of Captured Energy, a boutique digital media agency. He specializes in branding and digital strategy for established brands and startups alike. His passion is user-centric design, turning complex concepts into elegant user experiences. Daniel is a Co-Founder and Chief Design Officer for B • OUT, and lives in New York City.
Chief CONTENT Officer
Thomas Falconer has over 20 years experience crafting digital, social, and content strategy for some of the web’s biggest brands and startups. He is currently the Director of Content Strategy on the IBM team at Ogilvy and Mather, and teaches in the Integrated Marketing Masters Program at NYU. Thomas is Co-Founder and Chief Content Officer for B • OUT, and lives in New York City.
